From Friday 7th September, OnTrac will be switching to a new customer support platform. This change will link to our backend systems more dynamically, resulting in a more streamlined customer support service.

While customer service will not be impacted directly, users should be aware that any email requests sent to support@zendesk.com from this date, will not be picked up by OnTrac’s support team.

Please note: this notice only affects those sending emails to the above email address directly. All in-product support widgets will function as normal.
